✦ FULL EVENT
6 hours — $1,650

• Up to 6 hours of continuous event coverage

• Complete event storytelling
• Speakers, presentations, guests and networking
• Detail and branding photographs
• Group and team photographs
• Private online gallery
• Preview images within 48 hours
• Delivery within 7–10 business days
BOOKING & POLICIES
A retainer is required to reserve your event date.
The retainer amount is listed with each package and is applied toward the final balance.
Additional coverage can be added for $275 per hour.
Travel within the Charlotte area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the Charlotte area.
All final images are professionally edited and delivered in a private online gallery.
Preview images are available within 48 hours for Signature and Full Event packages.
Final gallery delivery is within 7–10 business days.
If an event is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the retainer is non-refundable.
If the event is canceled or rescheduled at least 7 days in advance, the retainer may be transferred one time to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.
The remaining balance is due no later than the event date.
Images may be used by the client for business websites, social media, marketing and promotional purposes.
